Kim Miggenburg
President/Owner

Kim is an industry expert who has been successfully leading GSS, Inc for more than 30 years through her extensive knowledge of board development, tactical partnerships, and strategic planning. She is responsible for GSS’ corporate strategy, mergers, and acquisitions. In addition, Kim leads our Local Account Division and manages many of our associations’ Boards of Directors, leads volunteer committees, and serves as a liaison to members. Her range of undertakings as President stretches to providing guidance on board advancement techniques, membership development strategies, and meeting management. She has developed long-term partnerships and community relationships which have led to the continued growth of clients and their strategic position within their industries. 


Kathleen Lukasik
Vice President

Kathleen has been an integral part of GSS for over 25 years. She provides corporate direction and leadership as well as oversees the day-to-day operations of GSS, Inc. Specializing in financial services area, Kathleen is accountable for the comprehensiveness and precision of client financial statements. She has extensive experience with the overall techniques of association management and the implementation of long term strategic plans. Kathleen leads our National Account Division and works with associations’ Boards of Directors to produce top-quality conferences, secure sponsorships, and drive attendance through innovative marketing techniques. Through her partnership with each association, Kathleen provides focus, collaborative leadership, and tactical advice to ensure that client expectations are exceeded.


Sue Snow
Manager, Database and Website Services

Sue has worked with GSS, Inc for nearly 25 years. She has been instrumental in the development of interactive databases that contribute to the successful operation of our associations. Sue has created new member applications, membership renewal procedures, and payment methods that have streamlined the membership process and contributed to membership growth throughout our associations. She possesses a keen knowledge of website software and the needs of our clients that has led to an exceptional ability to align technology with GSS’ business needs. In addition, Sue has defined best practices within our company and oversees the meticulous execution of operational procedures. 


Jenni Blakemore
Manager, Business Development and Corporate Services 

Jenni works on our National Account Division and directs new business development efforts. She partners with client organizations to meet their objectives for each event or meeting, and the organization as a whole by providing membership support, financial management, strategic planning facilitation, and conference management. Jenni’s unparalleled member support exceeds client expectations and increases membership retention. Her involvement and knowledge of our clients’ individual industries has led to her ability to competitively brand and position their organizations within their markets. Jenni creates strategic alliances with industry partners and innovative approaches to foster membership growth. Jenni earned her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Missouri – Columbia.


Colleen Bader
Manager, Communications and Meeting Services

Colleen plays an essential role in execution of our clients’ marketing efforts through offering unique designs and an extensive knowledge of Webpage development. She works closely with our clients’ Board of Directors to develop communication strategies that not only serve the membership but also aid in the recruitment of members and reaching new sponsors. Through Colleen’s exceptional creative solutions she is able to produce meetings and events that exceed client expectations and continually raise the bar for association events. She has successfully established vendor relationships that have led to cost-saving programs for GSS’ clients. Colleen earned her Bachelor’s Degree at DePaul University.


Megan Doyle
Manager, Associations and Event Services

Megan oversees the execution of all association activities including conference and event planning, website and communication management, program development, strategic partnerships, membership recruitment and retention, and financial management. She works directly with the Board of Directors and Association Volunteers to drive their vision for the association while serving as a liaison for association members and partnering organizations. Megan specializes in leadership development, event planning, and motivation of volunteers. She is able to maximize clients’ profitability by identifying alternative revenue opportunities and cost-cutting procedures. Megan earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Bradley University and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at Lewis University.
